The campus
Drone Campus is designed as a consolidated manufacturing campus anchored on an established aerospace platform in Texas. The campus intends to secure that platform as its starting base; no agreement to acquire or operate it has been entered into, and there is no assurance one will be. It would then grow by rolling up complementary manufacturers around it.
The model is straightforward. Secure an aerospace platform that already builds, add adjacent capabilities through acquisition, and operate them as one campus with shared scale, shared supply chain, and a single industrial footprint.
The result is capacity that can be expanded deliberately, in step with demand, rather than improvised against it.
The demand thesis
The demand behind Drone Campus does not originate with Drone Campus. It sits with the drone companies the campus is built to serve.
Those companies hold their own order books with the US Department of Defense and allied governments. They win this work directly, through their own programs, over time. It is real, government-anchored demand, and it belongs to them.
Drone Campus is positioned to manufacture for these companies under agreements now in preparation. As those agreements are put in place, the campus converts established program demand into committed manufacturing volume.
We present this as a staged pipeline, built up as programs are won and agreements are signed, not as a single block of demand already contracted to the campus. The detail sits in the data room.
The structure
Drone Campus is organized as a holding company over operating subsidiaries. Each manufacturer brought into the campus operates beneath that holding company, while scale, financing, and direction are held at the group level.
The structure is institutionally financed and built for a clear end point: a strategic exit to an established defense prime once the campus is consolidated and operating at scale.
